- Social Security Administration Red Book Employment-related information about Social Security Disability Insurance and the Supplemental Security Income Programs.
- The Ticket to Work Program The official site for information about the Ticket to Work Program. In some situations, the Ticket to Work Program allows someone with a disability who is receiving benefits to work without losing benefits. See also:

- Disabled Business Persons Association Founded in 1985, the Disabled Businesspersons Association is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to assisting enterprising individuals with disabilities maximize their potential in the business world, and work with vocational rehabilitation, government and business to encourage the participation and enhance the performance of the disabled in the workforce.
- Job Accommodation Network (JAN) The Job Accommodation Network (JAN) is not a job placement service, but an international toll-free consulting service that provides information about job accommodations and the employability of people with disabilities.
- Office of Disability Employment Policy for the Department of Labor The mission of ODEP, under the leadership of an Assistant Secretary, will be to bring a heightened and permanent long-term focus to the goal of increasing employment of persons with disabilities.
