If you are someone with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD), or someone who provides assistance to someone with I/DD, The Arc wants to hear about your experiences with applying for jobs online.
Over 85% of people with I/DD are unemployed. As more than half of new employees are hired online, it is vital to ensure that people with I/DD are able to access and use web-based tools. To help meet this goal, The Arc wants to find out about your experiences with applying for jobs online, and how accessible online employment tools are.
If you would like to help, you can answer one of two surveys:
- Accessibility of Online and Kiosk Job Applications — Individuals with I/DD
- Accessibility of Online and Kiosk Job Applications — Job Coaches and Other Assistants
For questions or more information about these surveys, contact email@example.com. Learn more about The Arc at http://www.thearc.org.
