Rights of Veterans with Disabilities in Employment, Housing and Transportation – June 28 across the state and online

On June 28, tune in to an informative audio conference on rights issues and veterans with disabilities. The conference will focus on federal laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), the Fair Housing Act, and the Air Carrier Access Act, as they apply to veterans with disabilities. Topics will also include reasonable accommodation in the workplace and non-discrimination in housing and travel.
