Planning an event? On August 25, tune in to an audio conference to learn about event accessibility. Learn how the general non-discrimination requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) apply to both indoor and outdoor temporary events, as well as requirements for venues and facilities in the 2010 ADA standards.
Presenters will also highlight a new online resource available from the ADA National Network, “A Planning Guide for Making Temporary Events Accessible to People With Disabilities”, and strategies for insuring access for all persons.
