On November 17, ADA-Indiana will present an informative audio conference about enhancing customer service for people with disabilities and promoting accessibility in planning meetings, events, and conferences. A new 20 minute film called, “at your service,” features people with disabilities discussing how they would like to be treated as customers. The speaker will discuss how the free online streamed video and two minute preview could be used as a training tool for customer service.

The speaker will also discuss the Accessible Meetings, Events and Conferences Guide, a free online resource that covers the requirements and best practices to promote the inclusion of those with disabilities, and how organizations could use the guide in planning their events.

This audio conference will be offered at several locations: Bloomington, Indianapolis, Terre Haute, and Versailles. For location addresses, visit http://www.adaindiana.org/audio/.
