On May 16, the Great Lakes ADA Center will present an informative webinar on disability rights in the K-12 setting. While childhood education may first bring to mind the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), but the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) also applies to this setting. Tune in to learn about the rights and responsibilities of students with disabilities, family members, and school personnel under the ADA. Presenters will also discuss the latest case law interpretations, including the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision on the interplay between the ADA and the IDEA.
